微孔管增氧技術(shù),,采用羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)將空氣送入輸氣管道,,輸氣管道將空氣送入微孔曝氣管,由于其孔徑小,,可產(chǎn)生大量微細(xì)化氣泡從管壁冒出分散到水中,,而且上升速度緩慢,氣泡在水中移動(dòng)行程長(zhǎng),,與水體接觸充分,,氣液相間氧分子交換充分,而且還增加了水流的旋轉(zhuǎn)和上下流動(dòng),。水流的上下流動(dòng)將上層富含氧氣的水帶人底層,,同時(shí)水流的旋轉(zhuǎn)流動(dòng)將微孔管周?chē)缓鯕獾乃蛲鈹U(kuò)散,實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)殖池水的均勻增氧,。微孔管增氧技術(shù)具有溶氧效率高,、改善養(yǎng)殖水體生態(tài)環(huán)境、提高放養(yǎng)密度,、增加養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)量,、降低能耗、使用和操作方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn),。

The bubbles move in the water for a long time, have full contact with the water body, and have sufficient exchange of oxygen molecules between the gas-liquid phase, and also increase the rotation and up-down flow of water flow. The up-and-down flow of the water brings the oxygen-rich water from the upper layer to the bottom, while the rotating flow of the water diffuses the oxygen-rich water around the microporous tube outward to realize the uniform oxygen enrichment of the aquaculture pond water. Microporous tube oxygenation technology has the advantages of high dissolved oxygen efficiency, improved ecological environment of aquaculture water body, increased stocking density, increased aquaculture yield, reduced energy consumption, safe use and convenient operation.

微孔增氧設(shè)施主要由主機(jī)(電動(dòng)機(jī),、羅茨鼓風(fēng)機(jī)、儲(chǔ)氣緩沖裝置),、主管(PVC塑料管),、支管(PVC塑料或橡膠軟管)、微孔曝氣管(新型高分子材料制成)等組成(如圖3-1所示),。主機(jī)常用功率有7.5千瓦,、5.5千瓦、3.0千瓦,、2.2千瓦,、1.5千瓦。主機(jī)連接儲(chǔ)氣緩沖裝置,、儲(chǔ)氣緩沖裝置連接主管,、主管連接支管、支管(橡膠軟管)連接曝氣管,。

安裝方式主要有兩種:一是盤(pán)式安裝法,。配備功率為0.1~0.15千瓦/,將曝氣管固定在用鋼筋(直徑為4~6毫米)做成的盤(pán)框上,,曝氣管盤(pán)的總長(zhǎng)度15~20米,,安裝3~4只/;曝氣管盤(pán)總長(zhǎng)度30米,,裝2~3只/,,并固定在離池底10~20厘米處。二是條式安裝法,。配備功率為0.1千瓦/,,曝氣管總長(zhǎng)度為60米左右,管間距為10米左右,,高低相差不超過(guò)10厘米,,并固定在離池底15~20厘米處,。微孔增氧設(shè)備的安裝應(yīng)于3月底前完成。

使用方法

根據(jù)水體溶氧變化的規(guī)律,,確定開(kāi)機(jī)增氧的時(shí)間和時(shí)段,。一般4~5月,陰雨天半夜開(kāi)機(jī),;6~10月下午開(kāi)機(jī)2~3小時(shí),,日出前后開(kāi)機(jī)2~3小時(shí),連續(xù)陰雨或低壓天氣,,夜間21:00~22:00開(kāi)機(jī),,持續(xù)到第2天中午;養(yǎng)殖后期,,勤開(kāi)機(jī),,促進(jìn)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖對(duì)象生長(zhǎng)。有條件的進(jìn)行溶氧檢測(cè),,適時(shí)開(kāi)機(jī),,以保證水體溶氧在6~8毫克/升為佳。

主機(jī)在設(shè)置安裝時(shí)應(yīng)注意通風(fēng),、散熱,、遮陽(yáng)及防淋。

曝氣管(盤(pán))安裝應(yīng)保持在同一水平面,,以利供氣增氧均衡,。微孔增氧設(shè)備安裝結(jié)束后,應(yīng)經(jīng)常開(kāi)機(jī)使用,,防止微孔堵塞,。每年養(yǎng)殖周期結(jié)束后,應(yīng)及時(shí)清洗,。
